EVO-SHELL™ is a 3-layer bonded construction. Layer 1 — Outer Shell: tight ripstop nylon with DWR treatment; water beads off on contact, never absorbs. Layer 2 — Dermizax® Membrane: hydrophilic polyurethane membrane. Water blocked via chemical affinity — the membrane absorbs and transports vapor molecules while remaining completely impermeable to liquid water. 28,000mm waterproof rating. Layer 3 — Inner Liner: soft technical knit that wicks moisture away from your base layer and maximises breathability. Together they function as one system — not three separate layers.

Nivilis fits are cut baggy — designed for maximum movement and drape over base layers and boots. Order your usual size for a relaxed technical fit, or size up for full oversized drape. Check the size guide on each product page for exact waist, inseam, and hip measurements.

30-day returns from date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is free — we send you a pre-paid label. Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Yes — the EVO-SHELL™ uses a Dermizax® hydrophilic membrane rated at 28,000mm waterproof. No pores means no degradation over time, no clogging, and no delamination. AIRFRAMES pants: 20,000mm hydrostatic head — certified for severe alpine conditions. Both use seam-sealed construction to prevent water ingress at stitch points.
